Parents and carers can join this webinar to hear about the value and benefits of having career conversations and get some practical hints and tips on how to approach these. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions.

Feedback on Skills Development Scotland (SDS) career service
SDS works in close partnership with the school to support your child make informed career choices and would value feedback from parents and carers on their services. You can do this by taking a short survey.
All responses are confidential and anonymous, and the results will be used to inform SDS services.
The survey will be live from Monday 7 November 2022 to Wednesday 31 May 2023 and should only take about 10 minutes to complete.
We are incredibly lucky to work with an amazing team of careers advisers here in Oban High School. Marc and Ceitidh can be found nearly everyday in Meeting Room 1.49 - This is next to the guidance base and heading towards the lift.
Marc and Ceitidh meet with pupils on a 1 to 1 basis throughout the year. Various year groups are targeted to coincide with planning pathways and option choices, but they can be contacted directly if a young person needs something specific.
They also deliver sessions to classes and support the guidance team. Click on the photo or name to email them directly!
Ceitidh can even deliver career coaching sessions in Gaelic.
