Our Children, Their Future – Thriving Together sets out Argyll and Bute’s shared vision for helping every child and young person learn, grow, and succeed. Built around five priorities — giving every learner the best start, supporting ambition, nurturing wellbeing, building community connections, and encouraging lifelong learning — this strategy aims to create inspiring, inclusive environments where children feel valued, confident, and ready for the future. It reflects national frameworks like GIRFEC, Curriculum for Excellence, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and has been shaped by the voices of young people across Argyll and Bute.
