School Improvement Plan

The Oban High School Improvement Plan 2025–2026 outlines how our school community is continuing to grow, develop, and improve.
It sets out key priorities for the year ahead — focused on improving learning and teaching, supporting wellbeing and inclusion, strengthening staff leadership, and expanding the role of Gaelic across the school.

The plan highlights our commitment to empowering staff, pupils, and families to take an active part in school improvement. It also explains how we’ll measure progress and ensure that every learner is supported to achieve their best.
